The resort was stunning with a beautiful hotel and cozy rooms, but the service left much to be desired, especially at the start of my stay. The rudeness at reception was quite surprising given the overall vibe of the place and its friendly staff. However, once I got past the initial hiccup, everything else made my stay enjoyable.
